So I need help rather quickly if possible.
I just made meatloaf and was following along to a NYT cooking recipe, the recipe called for 2 tablespoons of salt for 3 lbs of meat (half ground pork / half ground beef).
I thought that was too much, but all I could find to measure my salt was a 1 1/2 Tbsp measuring spoon so I filled that roughly halfway full. I'm guessing I added 1 to 1 1/2 tablespoons of sea salt.
Is that still too much? Should I dump this and make another batch? Please help! I made this for a family friend and don't want to give them a terrible meal.
