Hello all, I'm planning on freezing some cream cheese frosting today and thaw and use Thursday morning. I was thinking of putting it straight into the piping bag then sticking that in a freezer baggy. I'm not overly familiar with the piping bags, this would be the first I use a real one (I've used baggies as a makeshift one in the past). Is there something I'm not considering or does this sound ok? The piping bag wouldn't be cut on the tip, I was gonna squeeze the tip to make it easy to cut later. Open to any advice.
Also, was planning on sticking in the fridge the night before, then using in the morning. That should be enough time to thaw, right?
