What to do with botched eggnog?

Hi, everyone!

I attempted to make eggnog today and it was all well (tempering went fine) until I accidentally let the eggnog boil and it formed the little pieces of scrambled eggs. It’s mostly still smooth, and the pieces aren’t chewy or anything so it’s not super noticeable. However, is it possible to do anything like strain it or freeze it into ice cream to disguise the curds? I am stubborn and don’t want to waste it.
