Got wind of a cooking challenge hosted by a brewery. It's a One-Pot challenge where EVERYTHING has to be cooked the day of (between 9am and 1pm) and all in one pot. The rules state you have to use their beer in your recipe, must have enough for 250 2.5oz servings, and must cook everything in one pot. Judged based on taste, use of the beer, and creativity.
The obvious recipes are chilis, beef stews and such. Curious if anyone had any cool ideas I could try on a scale this large
