Hi everyone, loving my SS pans and have a good feel for cooking with them without food sticking. However, this only applies if I am cooking one ingredient eg scrambled eggs.
However, when there is more than one ingredient it all falls apart. Let’s say I want to fry some sliced chorizo in the pan and then add eggs to the pan to scramble. All of the places where the chorizo was cooking is now no longer non-stick.
Do you just add more oil? I would prefer not to. Please teach me your tricks.
