Hi everyone. I am currently looking for a really good chocolate bit valroha is mostly too expensive for me. I also saw callebaut, bit that I can't find best me in portions smaller than 2,5kg.
Is there other brands you can recommend? I for example saw the Weinrichs 1895 chocolate in my local wholesale market and was wondering if somebody already had some experience with it. Otherwise I'm also open for other good quality alternatives.
