I made a sweet cheese with orange cream milk and have no idea what to do with it. Any suggestions on how I can use this ingredient?

Alternatively what I made is also called milk curds/tvorog and a bunch of other names in many cultures that this method goes by.

I normally have done this in the past with plaon whole milk. I had a little less than half a gallon of orange cream flavoured milk (by truemoo if anyone is wondering) that I wasnt going to be able to finish and thought to prevent it from spoiling, let me make it into a sweet cheese. I boiled it, added vinegar and separated it with a sieve. I added some powdered sugar to sweeten it, it's sweet with an orange zing. It does taste pretty good. I'm just stumped on how can I use this ingredient in something ideally sweet?

In the past when I used plain milk, I'd use the filling in middle eastern recipes for either savoury or sweet. Making savoury cheese pastries (fatayer) or a dessert like knafeh.

Im trying to figure out some possible options of what would work:

  1. if i could mix this cheese with some ricotta and have some type of (non authentic) cannoli cream, perhaps use some orange zest in it.

  2. Find a lemon ricotta pancake recipe online and instead of lemon and ricotta, use the orange sweet cheese and orange zest etc as a substitute.

  3. Attempt a dessert called Atayef asfiri and mix the orange sweet cheese with some canned cream for the filling garnished with pistachio. Possibly drizzle an orange blossom simple syrup or may stick with plain simple syrup?

This is all I can think of off the top of my head.

Alternative suggestions are most definitely welcomed and would love to hear of how I could possibly use this ingredient.

Thank you!

Here is what it looks like
