Trying to make bulgogi, I bought a pear to pure but idk how?

Basically I saw the bulgogi recipe and I wanted to try it. But wasn't sure were to get pear pure 6.6, so Ieded up just buying a pare in hopes that maybe I can do it but I need help as idk how to?
