i want to make an ice cream recipe that calls for lavender paste but i only have dried lavender. how can i substitute? it’s 1tsp lavender paste. i can make a lavender syrup, maybe very concentrated. i’m still unsure how much to use. or if there’s a better way, let me know. tia!
