So my husband loved this snack we had from Marks and Spencer in London and we’re trying to figure out how to recreate it at home. It’s chorizo wrapped around a spicy cheese.
How do I get Chorizo like that? I don’t think it’s something I usually see deli-style. As for the cheese, and thoughts on what American dupe we should pick for maximum heat?
