Is adding any oil to food that is in the oven considered "frying?"

Say I lightly coat some chicken with a touch of olive oil and seasoning and put it into the oven for 30+ minutes. Is that considered frying?

Same would go for, say, broccoli seasoned with oil, salt, pepper, garlic, etc. Is that considered fried if it goes into the oven to be cooked?

From my understanding, because of the equal distribution and longer cooking time, this would actually be worse (health wise) than frying in pan over direct heat and more oil? I always thought this oven method was healthier... but am I wrong?
