Cook food. Freeze it. Thaw out. Eat without reheat. What will kill me or make me ill and what won't? What is a good resource for this?
Specifically things like rice, meats, etc.
I'm aware fruit and veg is fine, I'm aware it's a case of anything you can eat raw is essentially fine, but I don't know where rice and meats are concerned (except beef).
