I've been using aluminum foil to cook back ribs in the oven, but I'm concerned about the aluminum leaking into the food, so I'm thinking of replacing it with a dutch oven.
Is such a wholesale replacement feasible? So I just do everything the same way except with a dutch oven instead of aluminum foil?
