Im not new at cooking , pene pasta literally takes 2x the time to cook spaghetti pasta (Like my pasta fully cooked), the way i cook pasta es pre boil water , add salt and garlic, add pasta, a small portion 4oz of pene literally takes 20min + to fully cook .
