Hen of the woods/maitaki mushrooms

Not sure what flair to pick, sorry. Long time lurker first time poster. I’m but a simple home cook. I can hold my own, but I’m by no means an expert. I picked up some of these mushrooms and some sage at the farmers market to do a brown butter sage type deal with them, and I’d love some suggestions or tips for a main to go with it. Or for picking a complimentary flavor profile that won’t also be super rich. That’s a big spot I need to learn more about. Looking for dinner tomorrow night. Thanks!!

Edit: no allergies or anything of that nature. Pretty open to experimenting and trying new things. Fish and sea food are fine. Thanks again
