I'm getting into a competition and went into the fried chicken category.
Although the chicken part still needs some work, I am racking my brains to find a sauce that compliments the fried chicken.
Originally I wanted to do either honey mustard or tartar since both are acidic and that helps cutting the oily taste.
But since I've never made the sauces nor tasted them I don't really know what to look for in term of taste
If anyone can recommend me a better sauce or a recipe it will be highly appreciated.
And if you want the seasoning for the chicken I'll give them if the sauce pairs better with it.
