Baked cheesecake

Hello. We're making a Basque style baked cheesecake. The recipe calls for thickened cream which gets mixed in with the cream cheese. I've only got pure cream and I cannot find the gelatine I know is somewhere. What else can I use to thicken the cream? I don't think I can make a direct swap but I don't really want to trek to the supermarket.
