This has bugged me for years because I always try to recreate these types of hakka/chinese style takeout noodles at home and can never figure out what noodle my favourite restaurants use. I always assumed it was an asian style noodle, but it genuinely just looks like linguini to me? Is it actually just linguini or is there a noodle I’ve missed? NOTE: it’s not a round noodle like chow mein, it’s distinctly rectangular but not wide like chinese flat noodles are
