Ok soooo, friday I marinated some carne asada with lime, garlic, onions and spices, maybe a splash of beer lol, and threw it in the fridge to eat over the weekend. Well, my lady’s water broke and we’ve been in the hospital since 😅 We get to go home today and both of us are in the mood for some tacos lol, but unsure if those few days sitting marinated in fridge could’ve done it some harm since its been over 2-3 and not in freezer?? idk figured i’d ask just to be sure 😂 thanks!!
