Does anyone know what thickness (in inches or mm) each of the KitchenAid pasta roller 1-8 thickness levels are? I like making homemade crackers but dislike the inconsistent thickness I get even with the thickness bands on the rolling pin so I want to try using the pasta roller. But KitchenAid doesn't have the actual thicknesses anywhere.
