Ok so for Easter I was gifted a sexy leg of lamb unfortunately my oven is broke. So I have heard of steaming and I do not have a stand or a pot high enough in my house to do this so I’m going to use the crockpot. I am a chef and have faith I can pull this off. But I have scoured the internet looking for anything that can help me with temp and time I have never used anything other than an oven and in just want the best possible flavor for my girl and I so if anybody can tell me anything that can help I’d appreciate it.
