I love spaetzle and kaesespaetzle but the packets recommend finishing it within 3 days after opening. I don't buy the 1 kg ones that say 5-6 servings because of this. I'm not familiar with these refrigerated, vacuum-sealed noodles so how can I make them last longer? Should I just cook and freeze them?
I'm in Germany, if that helps. It's the Spaetzle from ALDI.
