Is there a decent replacement for soy sauce for something like mongolian chicken that doesnt have a ton of Sodium or Potassium in it? (family member has kidney disease and cant have a ton of either of those) Even the low salt recipes Ive seen had substantial amounts of Sodium in them because of the soy sauce.
