Tried searching this subreddit, YouTube, and Google, but I haven't found anything about this specifically.
How might I go about using liquid nitrogen to flash-freeze baked goods? Especially bagels from my local bagel shop (much cheaper if bought by the dozen), homemade muffins, and slices of homemade bread.
Would I just completely submerge each item for about a minute, then take it out, shake it off, put it in a Ziploc bag, and put it in the freezer? That seems too simple, and I know not to mess around with such a potent substance without being sure of what I'm doing first.
