I'm planning to make tanghulu for my cultural project in school, but I don't know how long it can last or how to bring it. Will it taste the same if I make it the night before I present it? Will it melt if I bring it in a box filled with ice? If bringing tanghlu is impractical are there any other chinese/korean snacks I can bring to school?
