Heavy Cream for Spicy Vodka Rigatoni

I’m making the Carbone dupe of Spicy Vodka Rigatoni. I’d prefer to make it vegan without compromising taste. Could I use coconut cream? If not what’s considered heavy cream? Looking for a specific Canadian brand example if possible so I know what to get.
