Hey y'all. I'd like to take a crack at the nixtimal process for homemade tortillas and I'm wondering if anyone knows the best inexpensive solution for grinding the corn adequately. So far the Estrella hand grinder seems to be the best I can find, but is there something else, say a kitchenaid stand mixer attachment that would also do the trick? Thanks in advance.
