Pretty much what it says on the tin lol. We’re having a dinner and our chef friend is cooking the mains (bouef bourguignon, the classic Julia Child one, and mashed potatoes). She’s tasked us with wine pairing, nonalcoholic drinks, and salad. She wasn’t specific about the salad. What kind of salad/which salad ingredients would pair best with such a hearty dish? Thanks!
