Best beef cuts to use for making your own ground beef?

I have a meat grinder now for my stand mixer (super grateful) and I’m looking to start making my own ground beef. What would be a good cut to use? Or is it really up to my discretion, I was thinking Chuck or sirloin.

(Also, if this is the wrong place to ask this, where would the right place be?)
