Risk of botulism in homemade marinades?

I have a couple jars of homemade marinades in my fridge, they’re mostly just a mix of olive oil, minced garlic, a variety of seasonings and maybe some lime juice. All I did was mix them together and whatever I didn’t use at the time I put into a sealed jar and immediately into the fridge. However it’s been a couple of months now. I don’t fully understand how it works and they seem fine to me but is there any risk of botulism with this? Thank you!
