I got a custom walnut 24in board 2xin thick. haven't tried it yet but was wondering if there was a recommended mat for nonslippage. Would I have to store the board upright or is it okay to leave it on the counter for long periods of time? Worried about water damage on the bottom and it would be next to the sink but it's also quite large and heavy.
