I use to work at a grocery store similar to T&T and they use to make fresh like butter/mayo spread.
They would but like hundreds of eggs and what I think was oil into a bowl, i could be missing ingredients (making lots to make these beef sandwiches') but it wasnt mayo or butter. They used it on the sandwich's that ppl would order.
I know its not butter based on the way its made but it also wasnt mayo it was thicker and spread like butter? and didnt taste like mayo or butter.
If anyone knows please help.
I was years ago i worked their but they served like pho these I think Vietnamese sandwiches.
