I made pupusas for the first time tonight and I'm worried they're too thick and as a result didn't cook correctly
Mine are maybe half an inch thick? Most recipes say "flatten out" after you fill thr dough ball, but flat has so many definitions, the thing that's tipping me off is they're, kinda mushy inside, and I'm unsure if they're supposed to be a little mush or not
