No cranberry sauce

I’m hosting Thanksgiving in Spain and I can’t for love or money find anything but dried cranberries here. I really feel like the meal needs that cranberry sauce to cut through the heaviness of the rest of the food.

So my question is what could I substitute? I could potentially make a quince sauce with very little sugar so it keeps more of that sharp acidity, but I’d love to get some other ideas!
