Frozen fish has weird spotd

Hello everyone a month ago I got some frozen albacore tuna loin and put it straight into the freezer. When I checked it today it had some odd spots on it. It doesn't look like mold but should I be cautious? Edit: took it out of the bag and it doesn't smell off
