Hi everyone,
For a family Xmas this year I need to make mac and cheese for roughly 20-30 people and I won't have access to an oven at the location.
It's only a 30 minute travel time, but I'll need it to stay warm for at least 2-3+ hours.
I'm exhausting myself with research. Should I:
A: use a crocpot recipe and risk it getting mushy?
B: use a stove top recipe and put in a warm crockpot for transfer?
C: use an oven recipe and risk it getting cold 2 hours later?
Any and all advice and recipe links are appreciated.
