Hello, I'm sorry if this is the wrong sub, not sure where to post this.
But a Greek friend gave me Macedonian style feta cheese but it's in a plastic bag, not water. I can't eat all of it in a couple of days so my question is how to preserve the life of the cheese in the fridge. Would it stay lone if I put it in salt water? If so, by how much longer and what percentage salt water should I use? Thanks.
