At home sushi question

Hi! I bought flash-frozen/vacuum-sealed salmon at the farmer's market.

  1. If the salmon was not transported with ice, and thus was "left out" for 20-30 minutes on my way home before I put it back in the freezer, is it still okay to eat?
  2. The bag says "consume within 72 hours after purchase." However, I read that flash frozen sashimi can last in the freezer for longer than that. If the answer to question #1 is yes, is it okay that the sashimi has been in my home freezer for a week and a half?
