Should I give up on this sourdough?

I made my own sourdough starter and was ready to use it to make my first loaf. The recipe said the starter needed to be “bubbly”… and there were certainly bubbles in it, but only a few. I mixed up the dough, let it rest for an hour, and how I’m letting it rise on my windowsill.

My problem is that I looked at a picture of a starter online and it is WAY more bubbly in the photos than what I used. Like 3x as many bubbles.

My question now - should I scrap this dough and try again tomorrow? Is there anything I can do to fix this now? It’s only been rising an hour so far but I see little (if any) difference in size as of yet.
