I've been trying to make Cachapas all work with no luck. They absolutely refuse to set no matter how or how long I cook them. They just fall apart and have mush inside. I'm using the following recipe with frozen corn from Kroger. I've tried using the corn both defrosted and cooked prior to blending. What am I doing wrong?
2 cups fresh corn, cut from the cob* 1 egg 1/2 cup milk 4 Tbsp masa harina 1 Tbsp sugar 1 tsp salt
