Maybe I’m an idiot but I have a 4 burner electric glass top Samsung stove. 2 small burners in the back and 2 large in the front (small warmer burner in center). The 2 large in the front say ‘fast boil’
When making soups/stews I want to simmer, I can only use the front burners due to the size of my all-clad, it boils the crap OUT OF EVERYTHING, even on low. How the heck do you simmer on these things?
I will eventually replace as soon as I get the gas line extended but while we wait I’m boiling the crap out of everything! I just want to simmer! Help!
