I had a chili or two with a bit of mold in my veggie scraps stock

So I finally started to save my scraps and try to make a veggie stock with them rather than dumping them into the compost.

I started my roasting them and then I boiled them.

It was just after I boiled them for a bit that I noticed that there were some chili that I misplaced with the scraps. I meant to throw them away because they were a bit moldy or was about to be.

I don’t know what is the chemistry behind mold and boiling. Should I throw away the whole stock now because I will get stomach problems if I eat that later?
