Hi I just ordered oysters for the first time & didn’t really know how to store them. I unfortunately put them 1 to 2 hours in the freezer… They’re now in the fridge and the box wasn’t feeling too icy just a bit cold. Do you think we can still eat them raw? That’s the way we intended to eat them and they were quite good quality. I feel so stupid…… I’m hoping on some good news and that 90 minutes isn’t too big of a deal :’).
