I’m not a big vegetable eater so I was looking for a bar that was just mostly vegetables, unfortunately, most have nut butters, dates, protein powders etc. I do green juice but want something to actually eat.
I was thinking of trying to come up with my own recipe. Shredded vegetables, maybe dehydrate them and bind them together with a liquid and maybe cellulose? Add some spices or stevia? Has anyone made their own veggie bars or have any suggestions on how to go about it?
Any advice is appreciated!
