Hey all, so I've butterflied a pork loin to be about 1.5 in thick and have it marinating in soy/ginger/garlic/honey. I don't have a BBQ available to me at this time so which method should I use?

Sear meat in a cast iron pan then finish in oven at 350 ... Adding glaze near the end. Or,

Place meat with marinade in oven dish, cover and cook at 350 then finish off uncovered, glazing near the end. Or,
-
Remove meat from marinade, cook uncovered at 400 then glaze at the end.
Any other suggestions?
