Is half a quail enough for a serving?

I'm planning a meal and really want to cook quail as I never have before. The meal will be 5 courses with the quail as the 'main'. My question is - will half a quail per person be enough? I'm planning on serving it with a scotch quail egg, some beetroot puree and some other garnishes and sauce.
