I’m in the process of getting my food catering license. I attend a-lot of festivals and outside of events throughout the year and was thinking that would be a great place to get my business out there. Then I was thinking of all things I would need, like a tent, tables, etc. How would I keep the food warm? Would I be provided with electricity? Or would I need my own generator?
