I recently acquired a scalded beef tripe from the food bank and I’m finding mixed results for cooking it online. I’m thinking of using it for a stir fry. Anyone here cooked scalded beef tripe before? If so, does it still need cleaned, and how long will I need to boil it for something like a stir fry? TIA!
