Hi,
I am wondering if there is something I could use to replace crystallising honey in a recipe.
I would like to replace it with something that has similar properties (resolving in water and very gluey) but I don't want to use something that is sweet or add any other flavours to it.
I want to use it for some home made bonbons. And all i really need is to stick the try ingredients together.
I was already thinking of using chocolate, but again i don't want to add a different flavour. Or to just press everything, but that would result just in things crumbling in the mouth.
