Ready to graduate from Gordon Ramsay, who are your go to culinary icons for learning?

Never thought I’d say this but I’m burned out from anything Gordon Ramsay. His tv shows are the same rehashed drama over and over again and his cookbooks aren’t all that. After watching Thomas Keller’s masterclass and reading his books I wish I would’ve found him sooner.

Who are some of your culinary stars known or unknown that you like to learn from whether it’s from their books, their shows, or whatever other resources you’ve found?
